Skye is certainly the place to visit if you want to escape from everyday life. If you want to take your relaxing break to the next level, why not attend one of the local Yoga events, they are run by Meg Millar at www.skyeyoga.com in conjunction with www.healthoasis.net. I have just stared going to classes and already feel the benefits. Why not get some friends together, we can accommodate up to 6 guests, book your break at Allt a Choire Bed & Breakfast in Broadford.
Yoga means Unity or Oneness. It is a long and wonderful process that brings us to a state of oneness, unity, acceptance and love initially with ourselves in all our glory. When we get this message, it extends to including a feeling of unity and oneness with those around us. It deepens our connection with those that we already love and care for and it allows us to gradually experience all humans as our family. Yoga helps us feel at home in this world with all other species and life forms.
